1. Best part about where you live?
The best part about where I live has to be the riding scene. So many friends that share the same interest of riding style. Not to mention the babe scene 😉
2. What’s your daily routine like?
Basically what my daily routine consists of is working out every other week day (weekends are free!) going on the mobile Facebook, trying to find where the next session is, put fuel in the tank, then riding the session; if need be… Power nap! Call it a day in a hot jacuzzi.
3. Upside of being a pro bike rider?
Upside is definitely traveling to new places to ride. Going to overseas contests, meeting new people and just doing what I like to do!
Downside of being a pro bike rider?
Downside is alway trying to find the next source of income! Gotta be hustling.
4. What do you see yourself doing after riding?
I’ll be winning the lotto…hopefully! If that doesn’t work out, I can see myself being a sports physical therapist or possibly being apart of the bicycle industry as well. Who knows!
5. Magazines or the world wide web and why?
I feel a Mag shot is way more rewarding as opposed to the Internet. Except now of days the internet is like a giant magnifying glass… blowing people up! I’m going to have to go with the Word Wide Web.
6. Best story that you could tell us that happened to you this year?
Craziest story would have to be at the Fise contest in France. Basically the bar just let out a craze of drunk people. Then a cop car roll up and everyone surrounding this little car. Someone gets confident and throws a glass bottle at the cop car, next thing I see is the back and front windows roll down, the police started blasting this belligerent crowd with pepper spray to have everyone at a shock. Then riot patrol came 5 mins after to have everyone scatter like red ants. I have it all on video!
7. The ultimate spot you’ve ridden?
Best spot I’ve ridden would have to be Joyride 180 over in Canada. Could ride those box jump trails all day!
8. What do you do besides ride?
What I like to do when I’m not riding is to build trails. I feel like shaping a fresh lip is one of the best feelings when off the bike!
9. Favorite picture that has been shot of you on your bike and why?
One of my favorite pics is a photo of a 3 whip shot by Justin Kosman. It was shot at my local trails down at the Bolsa Chica wetlands. The photo was shot in all fog during the end of the day. So taking off of the lip was a blind jump!
10. Last words?
I’d like to give a shout out to Phu and Robby over at Epic Bmx for helping me with what ever I needed. Also Alfredo Mancuso for also putting the plug in for me over here at Volume and the man who makes it all happen…thanks Brian Castillo for hooking me up. Peace guys, shred soon!
