1. Best part about where you live?

The best part would probably be the weather, however Alex (Raban) already took answer in his Q&A and it’s raining right now so I’m gonna go with having my whole family living in the same town…Plus having Alex Raban practically down the street is awesome too.
I wake up early, update myself in the world, hit up the homies to ride, then hang out with my lady Rita or work at Cornish Pasty’s.

2. What’s your daily routine like?

I wake up, eat, slip on a pair of my favorite cut offs and go ride the rec. Which is like the closest thing we have to a skatepark. It has rails, a couple boxes, hobos, tree houses and etc.

3. What’s It like growing up riding with Alex Raban?

Growning up riding with Alex was probably the best thing ever for me..he’s seriously the best dude. I met him probably when I was like 6 and then actually started hanging with him and becoming his friend when I was like 15. He would just take me everywhere and work on my bike whenever something was wrong…actually he just put my new Volume together too. He’s what we call a “yes man” because he never says no to anything, and if he has to say no he will answer yes then say something different. But yeah, I wouldn’t be where I am today without him, so thank you Alex!

4. What do you see yourself doing after riding?

I haven’t really thought too much about it, but what I would like to to stay in the bmx industry. Just because it’s what I love to do…whether it be filiming, or shooting photos. I think that would be sick to do after riding.

5. Magazines or the world wide web and why?

I think both are sick. I’m on the web a lot watching videos and stuff but anyone can make a video and put it on the internet and that’s why I love magazines. Everything is just so perfect and the feeling you get when you see yourself in a magazine is like no other.

6. Best story that you could tell us that happened to you this year?

One day I was on my way home and I’m passing an intersection with a cop to the right of me. I was scared shitless cause I had lost my wallet on some trip and it had my license and all forms of identification that I’ve ever had, so im just praying he doesn’t follow me, since I was like only a mile from my house.  He gets on my ass and flashes the lights so I just pretended I didn’t see him and casually drove home as he followed me all the way to my house. So I get to my house, pull over and he just flashes these bright ass lights all over my car. He comes up to me and was all pissed cause I didn’t pull over. I explained to him how I’d lost my wallet and I just came home so my mom could get me out of it because I didnt have my license. Sure enough my mom wasn’t home and he starts asking me all these questions and looking through my car for some illegals. Luckily I’m not into illegals, so he’s like, “who’s home” and I took him to my sister who totally hates me. He asks her the same questions and she pretends she doesnt know me and plays dumb but then finally tells him my birthday. Then for some reason all he said was, “get cha tail light fixed” and all I said was “cool” and ran inside.

7. The ultimate spot you’ve ridden?

I would say that the ultimate spot I’ve riddin would have to be 3rd & Army. There’s so many possibilities and obstacles everywhere, which is great.

8. What do you do besides ride?

I snowboard, play tennis, watch a lot of football, ride my unicycle and chill with my friends and family.

9. Favorite picture that has been shot of you on your bike and why?

My favorite photo would have to be a tailwhip that Joey Cobbs shot somewhere up north in this satellite dish setup. He was standing on this super sketchy log which showed the area behind the dish a little too, so you could see how terribly the thing was propped up. It just looked super cool.

10. Last words?

Thanks to Mike and Brian for wanting me to be a part of Volume, Larry at ODI for always keeping me from getting handle bar knicks on my fingers and of course Alex Raban from down the street for always taking me everywhere and keeping me hydrated on trips with all the water he buys that I drink
