Washington state shredder, Joe Pennell recently finished this new edit with help from filmer, Brian Chase for us. Last year, we hooked up Joe with some Volume goodies after watching his last video and got super stoked on his riding. Joe rides a bit of everything but has that power steez to his riding, plus he can tailwhip in and out of any trick.
